One of my favorite things about katsudon is the aroma of tonkatsu and egg, which really stimulates my appetite. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water!
Another thing I love is its texture.
When my teeth bite into the crispy tonkatsu covered in soft egg, I feel a satisfying crunch before it melts in my mouth and slides into my stomach. It’s an experience all on its own!
