I love curry and rice so much. That’s how much I love it — I could eat it for every meal, every day.
There are many kinds of curry: curry with rice, dry curry, curry with naan, and more.
My all-time favorite is a halal chicken curry with corn that I used to eat at my university almost every day.
Before that, I had never tried curry with corn.
But once I did, I couldn’t imagine curry without it anymore.
Why does curry need corn?
I think it’s because of the texture and the sweetness.
Hot curry and sweet corn perform a symphony in my mouth — it’s hot but sweet, and sweet but hot.
