One of the most difficult issues for me is how to manage stress well.
I tend to feel it easily — from relationships, work, and more.
Once I feel stressed, I often replay the same scenes in my mind over and over, trying to fight back against them.
What would you do if you were me?
I’ve been learning some ways to cope with stress.
First, I try to concentrate on what’s right in front of me.
When I focus and work hard to complete something, the effort itself makes me feel fulfilled.
Second, I believe stress can make me stronger.
When I change my perspective, I sometimes realize that what once seemed like a bad thing might actually be a challenge given by life (or even by God) to help me grow.
