I took the TOEIC Listening & Reading test this morning.
My target score is 800, because I want to work for a foreign-owned company and earn a higher salary.
My highest score so far is 795, which I got last month.
If I had answered just a few more questions correctly, I would have reached my goal!
So, I’ll have to take it one more time.
My test version had the photo of a man taking pictures.
To be honest, I’m not sure how well I did on the Listening section, but I felt I could understand more than usual.
I especially did well on Part 1.
However, I had no idea what the last question — the one about a situation in a factory — was asking.
As for the Reading section, I think it was my best performance ever.
I could read almost everything easily, and I finished all the questions before time ran out.
It felt like my studying had finally paid off.
But nothing is decided yet — I’ll just have to wait and see how the results turn out.
