I worked out at the gym this morning and then went for my very first run around the Imperial Palace!
I’d heard about the Imperial Palace run before, but once I actually tried it, I found way more beautiful spots than I’d imagined, and I totally understood why so many people are hooked.
It was a beautiful, cloudless day today, and the run felt great.

But since I don’t usually run, around the 3.5 km mark I started to feel some discomfort in my right knee, so I switched to walking from there.
Someday I’d like to try trail running and even a marathon, so I’m planning to make running a regular habit to build up my fitness while losing weight.
And the Pad Krapao rice I had afterwards was absolutely amazing.
